Mortgages and Charges
Satisfied and unsatisfied mortgages and charges recorded against GABRIEL POWER & CO.LIMITED at Companies house, including Type of Mortgage or Charge registered, the date it was registered, current status (paid or unpaid) and the Persons entitled (who the debt is owed to).
What is the difference between exact and possible match CCJs?
The Registry Trust records charges based on the company name, rather than a registration number, which is unique.
Exact match CCJs apply to charges registered against limited companies where there is no doubt that the charge has been issued against that business.
Exact match CCJS have a significant impact on a Company's Rating & Limit, unless satisfied within a month of being issued.
If the judgment is paid off within the month it is removed and will not be shown in the report.
If the judgment is paid after one month then the details remain on the system but will show the judgment as satisfied.
Possible match CCJ's have no impact on a Company's Rating & Limit.
Since the Registry Trust matches CCJ's on name only there are possible matches where perhaps a company name matches that of the limited company, but
could also apply to a non limited company.
CCJ data is supplied by Creditsafe Business Solutions Limited.
